What three positive things would your last boss say about you and what three things might your boss say that you need to work on?  If you have never had a job what three things would your favorite teacher say about you and what would they say you needed to work on and why?

Are these the same things YOU think about yourself or are they different?

  1. POSITIVE: Meticulous, through, friendly
    NEGATIVE: Talkative, loud, borderline aggressive

I agree 100%. I'd say that talking and professionalism in the work place are things that I definitely need to work on. I get really comfortable sometimes and I forget that I'm in a professional environment, not hanging out with my best friends. BUT I do pride myself on my positive traits, especially my attention to detail!.

  2. One positive thing that my last boss would say about me is Nice, that is all that I can think of. 3 negative things is that I don't know when to say No, I always have too much on my plate, and I don't know how to control my mood.

I agree with most of it, 3 positive things that I believe of myself is that yes I am nice, determined, and helpful. I do agree on the negative but it is something that I am working on everyday and I am aware of it.

  3. Positive: Hard worker, stays on task, remembers things fast.
Improvement: Stop being a perfectionist, meaning if it didn't come out "perfect the first time" (my definition of perfect), you don't have to do it again. Take a break. Work a little more when answering phone calls.

I agree with them because when it comes to work and I have a task I will work until I complete it, therefore I forget to take my break. I am a yellow, so I tend to organize things, and if i don't like it I do it again. I take the initiative to complete as much as possible to the work doesn't pile on. I know I need to improve on answering phone calls, usually when I get a call I sounds rushed, mainly because I try to answer as soon as possible.

  4. Three positive things my boss would say about me is that I am organized, patient, and very friendly. Negative things she would say about me is that I can be unpunctual, talkative, and want to do things my way.

I completely agree, I tend make my own rules but that doesn't mean I don't do my work well or don't complete my tasks yet it is disrespectful to my boss so I must do things their way. I need to learn that even if I believe there is a faster or better way of doing things I have to do things the way I was told to. I also have to work on not getting distracted by coworkers. I would start making a conversation and forget about my priorities.

  5. Positive - inquisitive, positive attitude, understand what material and discuss it well.
Work on - writing skill, confidence, and getting work done on time

This is 100% true about me. I definitely agree with what I need to work on. I am scared about my current English 205 class because it's going to be a lot of writing and I hate writing but love reading. I understand reading a lot better and I prefer that over writing. I need to improve my confidence and there are times where it seems like I have this great amount of it when really I'm scared to death inside.

  7. Three positive things my favorite teacher has told me I am a hard worker, caring and nice. Three things I need to work on that they have told me is not to overthink to much, public speaking and being more organizing. Because I would struggle doing classwork and didn't know what to write try to think of the correct answer. I get very shy that it difficult to speak in public and I shove my homework in my backpack so its gets wrinkled or I can't find it.

I agree with what they said because I do like to take school seriously and I do tend to overthink things to try to get the "perfect" answer. I am bad public speaking I get really nerves and find it difficult to talk front of people especially if I don't know them. I do intend to be disorganized at times when I feel rushed I just shove my stuff in backpack.

  9. The three positive things my teacher or boss might say about me, my boss or teachers might say that I'm a very hard worker, a happy/ / energetic person, and a very determine person.
They would say that I'm a hard worker because when it's time for work I focus on my work until I'm done. They would say I’m a happy and bright person. Once my boss told me “Nang you’re smile is so bright World Food supermarket wouldn’t be the same without you” That was the first time I’ve ever heard my boss compliment me. My coworker said I have eyes that always smile. I was so happy to hear that, I felt like I influence them to be happy in a way when I smile. That also motivates me to be a happy person. Lastly, they would say I’m a dedicated person, because I focused on my school and goals and I make new goals often then achieving them slowly every day.
The three things they might want me to improve, they might say that I need to be more serious, I need to believe in myself and be braver, and more on time.

My high school connect2work teacher once told me that I need to be more serious and talk less I need to stop fooling around because it wasn’t professional and it was a distraction to the class. They might say that I can be shy sometimes, and I wouldn’t talk at all. That might seem like I’m not participating. My teachers would want me to present my story or certain project and I would decline if I had the choice. Lastly, they would say I need to work on being on time, because my boss would say,” Nang you’re late to work again today?” Even when I was on time that day. Sometimes I ran to work with heavy breath and my boss look at me and said “you ran again didn’t you.”

Some of it are the same as what I think but some are not. I also think that I’m a hard worker because I know because I push myself and work heard because I want to success. But I didn’t and never would I have think that I make people happy when I smile. I’ve always hated my smile.

  10. I never had a job yet, but I only do my internship
What are my teacher and my internship supervisor said about me were:
Positive- hard working, responsible, positive attitude, and committed to my work because I always go to my class or my internship place on time and I'm very organize. Also, when I do to my work, I put my mind, my heart, and soul into it until I finish it. One of my teacher in high school and the patient at the hospital had told me that they really like my smile and my positive energy.

Negative- Be more talkative, too shy, and need to work on my presentation skills. Also, I can be really quiet in my classes and I need to step up with my self-confidence.

I agree with what they said and most of them are true because it's right that I need work on with my speaking skills. I agree that I'm very responsible since I usually got a perfect attendance. Also, I'm very hard working and I usually get my work done on time. I totally agree that I have a bright smile 😄

  11. The three positive things that an employer would recingnize would be that i try my best to accomplish things on time, i always have a welcoming smile on my face and that i'm a friendly person who knows how to approach customers. Three negative things would probaly be that sometimes i give more information than what is needed, also that at times i may get off track for talking to co-workers and probably maybe getting to work a little earlier.

  15. Three Positive things my bosses would say about me would be that I am patient, friendly, and quick. Some things that would say I need to work on would be time management because I like everything to be perfect, also to not be too leniant with customers because some times they ask for some weird shit and I still give it to them, And last but not least to open my Facebook again so I dont have to keep asking the cooks what the specials are for the day.I do believe I am patient because trust customers get weird, I'm friendly and quick because I have to be.

  16. Three positive things my bosses would say is that I'm always happy, because no matter how my day is going I always seem to maintain a smile on my face at work. They would also say I'm energetic because I'm always so hyper at work. Lastly, they would say I'm outgoing, I do things without anyone ever telling me anything. Three negative things they would say is that I'm very talkative, because I like to talk and get to know people. Secondly, I'm sometimes a few minutes late but not extremely late. Lastly, I get very bored easily.
This is very true, I like to go into work with a smile, to bring a happy atmosphere into work. Also, if business is slow and theirs no customers I get bored and space off, but I mean that's a common thing people do.

  19. From my past English courses I have had the same Professor who has shown me my strengths and weakness through her teaching skills. Three things that I have to work on are learning to speak up, be more organized and learn to distinguish the right time to do something. Some of my strengths are being good in communication, listening and understanding others. I believe this is true although I need to keep developing my communication skills.

  20. Three positive things my professor would say about me is that i am hard working, dedicated and always on time. Three things that I need to improve on are my participation, don't procrastinate and to stop overthinking because A lot of times i understand the material, I just decide to keep quiet.
I think that this is mostly true, except when it comes to subjects that I am passionate about or around people I know. In cases like that, I do participate a lot and lead.

  23. I will completely honest with this post. I've had many jobs within my 22 years , but i will highlight the ones that have been the ones I stayed for a while.

San Diego Mesa College-Football Team's Filmmaker
    Good: Punctual, Determined, Great Communitcator
Bad: Stop acting like a coach, Talks too much, Laughs too much

This job has been with me for 3 years now, and I have learned so much about the sport itself, when you play a sport and film the same the sport its addicting to not only understand the athletes, but to offer your feedback to starters.
